This is really easy craft for kids and a cute one to hang for Valentine's day, especially if you use printed craft papers. Cut out heart shapes, string some beads on a ribbon and attach the hearts to the ribbon with double sided sticky tape. You could also punch holes through the top of the paper hearts and thread the ribbon through.
