Ultra Chilled Traditional Martini

Martini

3 oz Beefeater Gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Shaker filled with ice
Olives with pimentos

Fill martini glass with ice and water and chill in the freezer. Fill shaker with ice and pour liquor over the ice into the shaker. With a long spoon stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Remove the martini glass from freezer and empty water and ice. Strain martini into the glass and add three olives on a toothpick or cocktail pick.
